There are now many initiatives to create opportunities for first time home buyers in NZ to beat the rent trap, and first home buyers are building a new home with our help. With a minimum of a 10% deposit, good credit history and strong income, we may be able to assist you, but you must either be constructing or buying a newly built home. To purchase an existing home most lenders, require a minimum of a 20% deposit.
If you have existing debts, a credit or repayment issue, income or relationship glitch, we can still look at ways to help. Maybe your deposit needs to be a little higher, or we need an income letter from your Accountant to confirm your income, or we consolidate some debts into your new home loan.
